Warranty card - general warranty conditions

The purchaser is obliged to file a complaint at www.medikapoland.pl (technical support tab). The basis for the acceptance of the complaint is the proof of purchase of the goods (VAT invoice, receipt) and the warranty card.

For all goods sold, the Seller provides the Buyer with a warranty for a period of 30 months. 

The shipping cost of the advertised goods is paid by the buyer.

The complaint will be considered and returned within 21 days from the date of delivery of the damaged goods to the service address (47 Potokowa Street, 54-105 Wroclaw) or from the date of delivery of the required documents by the complainant. The service does not accept any COD shipments.

Claim shipments, which do not contain the required data from point 1 and 4, will not be processed until the data or documents are completed by the claimant. Dirty equipment will be subjected to paid cleaning service in the amount of 50 PLN net.

Anonymous shipments for which the sender's data cannot be determined will be disposed of after 3 months.

The date of acceptance of the claim shall be considered the date of delivery of the shipment to Medika or from the date the claimant provides the required documents. The date of shipment of the claimed product to the customer is considered the date of repair.

Differences resulting from individual settings of the customer's computer (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint about the purchased goods.

Only latent defects caused by the manufacturer are subject to complaint.

Complaints are not subject to: - Fuses - Power cords - Handpieces, treatment probes, lamps, filters, diode emitters - Flooded products - Mechanical damage - Damage caused by dust and naturally - Defects caused by improper maintenance and operation - Overpriced, sold-out or exposed products - Overheating of the device as a result of too long operation - Devices whose condition indicates that the user has tried to repair the equipment on "his own". - Devices with damaged warranty seals

In the case of an unfounded complaint, the buyer will be charged for the cost of service work (120 PLN net/hour) and the cost of sending back the goods.

If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the buyer may demand free repair.

Damage and shortages of goods in orders processed through courier companies will be considered only on the basis of the protocol made by the courier at the time of delivery. Please note that damage protocols should be made honestly and truthfully.

If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the buyer may demand:

- in the first place - free repairya

- If repair is impossible or requires excessive costs, or if the seller fails to meet such a request in a reasonable time, the goods will be replaced with new ones.

The warranty card should bear the stamp of the seller (manufacturer)

The Guarantor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by the Purchaser due to a product defect, resulting downtime, loss of profits or income, etc.
