Conditions for acceptance and repair of equipment in the service
The equipment should be delivered clean to the service (Dirty equipment will be subjected to a paid cleaning service in the amount of PLN 50 net)
- A detailed description of the defect and the circumstances under which it was found
- Proof of purchase and warranty (applies to warranty repairs)
- Contact information including address and phone
- The equipment to be serviced must be delivered at your own expense.
In case of no contact with the customer or failure to collect the goods by the customer from the service after 7 days from the date of notification by the Service by phone, letter or SMS, there will be a charge of 25 PLN / day for storage , and after 3 months the equipment will be disposed of.
